How to Use

These products are designed to work together to support your
skin barrier and overall skin health.

You will find the directions for how to use each product on
the packaging and/or product itself. Or if you are a client of Melissa Keating Skin and given a skincare recommendation, please follow your personalised plan.

Use the guide below as a general order of application. Adjust as needed based on your skin and skincare products. We have mentioned the products in this bundle so you can visually see what a routine may look like. And if you have been given personalised advice by MKS then follow the routine you were given during your consultation.

Morning:

1.    Cleanse – Gentle Cleansing Milk

2.    Mists / Tonics

3.    Serums – Curative Serum

4.    Moisturiser – Vital Cream

5.    SPF

Evening:

1.    Cleanse – Gentle Cleansing Milk

2.    Exfoliate (no more than once per week or as
recommended by your skin therapist)

3.    Mask (as needed) – Camellia Sheet Mask

4.    Mists / Tonics

5.    Serums – Curative Serum

6.    Moisturiser – Vital Cream

7.    Face Oil – Omega Oil

If you’re unsure how often to exfoliate or mask, start slowly and listen to your skin. And for most of us we do not need to exfoliate
or do a mask more than once per week.
