ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way! 

If there is ever an unexpected order processing delay on our part, we will notify you by email within 5 business days of receiving your order.

If there is ever an already known order processing delay on our part, we will have a notification on our website.

IN CLINIC PICKUP

Due to being a home business, all orders placed online will be posted to you using Australia Post. We do not currently offer in store pickup.

The only exception to this is:

Any current in clinic clients, meaning you attend appointments in clinic, wanting to place a pickup order, please send your orders to admin@melissakeating.com.au with the products you would like to order and mention you would prefer to pick them up in clinic.

Please note, all product pickups are strictly by appointment only.

An email will be sent to you when your order is ready and we will arrange a day and time for pickup. It is important that you turn up on time to your order pick up as it is treated the same as an appointment.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within five (5) business days of receiving your order.

All orders are sent via Express Post through Australia Postand their delivery standard is one to three business days. However, that is just a guide and delivery times may vary.

Please note that delivery times are out of our control and once an order has left our premises we have no control over what happens to it.

We offer Flat Rate Shipping at a fee of AUD $18.00 and this applies to all orders shipping within Australia.

Please note: We do not ship outside of Australia at this time. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

We offer $18.00 flat rate shipping for all orders sent within Australia. 

All orders are sent via Express Post through Australia Post. They estimate deliveries generally arrive in one to three business days. However, this is just a guide.

You will be sent an email once your order has been picked up by Australia Post with your tracking number.

Please note we cannot guarantee when your delivery will be delivered/arrive as once it leaves our premises, we have no control over what happens to the order. Always allow plenty of time to receive your order, especially at peek shipping times like Christmas, etc.

Melissa Keating Skin is not responsible for delivery times or lost/damaged items/orders as once it leaves our premises we have no control over what happens to your order.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer International Shipping and only ship within Australia.

All orders can only be sent to an Australian address.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Melissa Keating Skin we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges as we maintain very strict health and hygiene policies. Please choose your products carefully.

The only exception is for faulty or defective products, which is assessed on a case-by-case basis. For more information on this process please see our Refunds Policy. 

Please note, if you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect product, please email us immediately (within 7 days of delivery date) and include your order number and a photo of the items condition. You can email us at admin@melissakeating.com.au We address these on a case-by-case basis but will be in contact with you for the next steps.
