RETURNS
At Melissa Keating Skin we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges as we maintain very strict health and hygiene policies. Please choose your products carefully.
Damages and Issues
The only exception to our Returns Policy is for faulty or defective products.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately by emailing admin@melisskeating.com.au(within 7 days of the delivery date) if you believe theitem is defective, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue.
If you believe you have been sent the incorrect product please check your order against your receipt. If there are any discrepancies, please email admin@melissakeating.com.au within 7 days of the delivery date.
We may ask you to provide proof of the item being defective or faulty, as a condition of refund or replacement. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for a defective, faulty item or receiving the wrong item, please contact us at admin@melissakeating.com.au within 7 days of the delivery date. Once we have received your email, we can start the process for evaluating the product. If your return is accepted, we will then provide you with information for the next steps, including how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be at your expense. You can always contact us for any returns questions at admin@melissakeating.com.au
Where a product is damaged due to misuse, accident or abnormal use we may choose not to provide a refund or exchange.
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized iatems), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards/vouchers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have once the return claim is accepted by us and not before, then make a separate purchase for the new item, which we will guide you on how to do so.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at admin@melissakeating.com.au
